Oregon National Guard welcomes Kitzhaber as new Commander in Chief

The Oregon National Guard welcomed their new Commander in Chief during a special inauguration ceremony at the Oregon State Capitol Building, Jan. 10.

The ceremony, attended by Oregon Soldiers and Airmen, and numerous state legislators, supporters, family members and friends, took place this morning on the Capitol steps, following Kitzhaber's official swearing-in ceremony in the House Chambers.
