The 82 Support Detachment, Rear Operations Center, Oregon National Guard recently participated in a joint training exercise titled Tiger Balm. The two week exercise, held at the Regional Training Institute near Waimanalo, Hawaii, consisted of more than 250 Soldiers and Airmen from Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Hawaii, Guam and the Singapore Army. Tiger Balm is designed to bring multiple cultures together in a computer simulated scenario to improve relations and learn new military tactics and techniques.
